Policies
For each project, the client must supply me with a typed copy of what is to be lettered. Double check capitalization, spelling, and grammar because I will letter the piece exactly as received.
Deposit
An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total and signed commission agreement is required for all orders. The remainder is due upon completion of the job.
Design Work
For all design work, I will provide 2 initial design concepts to choose from and you may have up to 1 revision after the initial design is approved. Additional revisions will incur additional cost. All proofs must be signed before final work is started.
Return Shipping
Is the cost of priority flat rate shipping $4.95-13.95 depending on size of box required. Orders requiring rush shipping, multiple boxes, or other methods, shipping may be higher.
Pick-Up and Delivery
If preferred, the client my pick up his order at my house just west of Johnson City, TX. If necessary, arrangements can be made to meet in Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, or Bulverde for an additional fee charged for the round trip mileage at the IRS rate currently at $.055/mile.
Taxes
All Texas residents and items shipped within the state of Texas will be assessed at a rate of 7.25%.
Returns
No returns are accepted after the job is completed. It takes 2-3 weeks to complete most calligraphy projects. Rush jobs are possible and a 25% ($50 minimum) fee applies.
