Sales Tax
Sales tax is only calculated for orders where
the shipping address is in the state of Missouri at a rate of 7.575%.
Shipping
All products are sent within 2 business days of ordering in a rigid envelope (so that no bending occurs) by USPS First-Class mail package rate, in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope or box, or via US First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International anywhere in the world. I generally use a variety of attractive stamps instead of a metered stamp as postage.
US orders typically arrive within 3-5 days of mailing. Express mail options must be quoted but can be arranged.

Please note that once your order leaves the US, tracking on your package is impossible. If you would like to track your package, you must contact your postman or customs department and provide them with the customs and package numbers that I will provide you.
Pick Up
Orders in the St. Louis area may be picked up, either with arrangement by email or over the phone.
Delivery
All orders are mailed within 2 business days of confirmation of the order as long as all papers and envelopes are in stock. I will notify you if your order cannot be sent out on time. Orders typically are received within 3-5 business days in the US.
Calligraphy items, wholesale, and special orders take longer to fill and will be confirmed via email with an expected ship by date. There is no charge for picking up calligraphy items. Delivery in the St. Louis area can also be arranged with roundtrip Federal mileage fees of 48.5 cents per mile assessed based on the Google Maps mileage count.
Returns
Returns are always accepted less shipping costs within 14 days of purchase. Please notify me if you are not 100% pleased with your order to arrange for a return. Calligraphy and custom orders may not be returned.
