Who makes all the designs? Do you really color everything by hand? Is your name Haley?
Everything I sell here is designed, reproduced, and handcolored by me. I love working with my hands. For that reason I do it by myself. And yes, my name is Haley.
Do your items come from a smoke-free and pet-free studio?
Yes and no. I never smoke and don't allow any smoking my house or studio, but Sunny (the poodle) and Mollie (the cat) like to inspect all production and outgoing packages.
How much does it cost to mail your cards through the USPS?
My cards take only the usual one ounce postage. Each card is weighs about .4 ounces and is not an unusual size.
How are your items shipped?
I ship all cards and prints in rigid cardboard mailers to be sure that no bending occurs. Single cards are sent in a regular envelope between pieces of chipboard so that the card corners don't get bent.
How fast will I get my order?
All products are sent within 2 business days of the order by USPS First-Class mail package rate, in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope or box, or via US First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International anywhere in the world. If you are located within the US, you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 days. If you are located outside the US, it may take up to 8-10 business days to receive your order.
May I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your order if you are in the St. Louis area. Please enter your phone number in the text box at checkout so I can call you to arrange a time.
Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes, all information is sent via a secure SSL connection.
May I request new designs or products?
Of course! I love suggestions of what to do next. I have a list of future projects, but I am always willing to put them aside and work on suggestions first.
How much goes to animal charities?
Five percent of all my poodle card profits goes to animal organizations and no-kill animal rescue groups and shelters. You can see a list of my favorite animal organizations on my links page.
Do you wholesale your cards?
Yes. Visit the wholesale page for contact information.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, I do accept returns less shipping costs within 14 days of purchase. Please notify me if you are not 100% pleased with your order to arrange for a return. Calligraphy and custom orders may not be returned.
Who made your website?
Everyone asks if my husband made it, but no, I did! I did all the design work, put up the shopping cart, and images. If you see something amiss, please let me know, I'd like to fix it as soon as possible.
